She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cavanaugh and Ethel Cavanaugh (Simonsen); her husband Jose Delores Tapia; her daughter Letitia Craig (Tisha); her siblings, Patricia Long (Jim) and James Cavanuagh; and her brother-in-law Richard Sandage.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Rayhons (Gary) of Garner and Michael Tapia of Glidden; her grandson Lucas Rayhons (Nicole); her great grandchild Amelia; and her grandchildren, Makenna Rayhons and Tiffani Moore.
