She was predeceased by: her father John Robert Stamper (Bob); her husbands, Johnnie Kelley and Bruce C. Piper; her son-in-law Bill Moon; her granddaughter Kristin Ashley Kelley; and her friends, Wayne Rasmus and Jim Gatchel.
She is survived by: her mother Alice Stamper (Kinseth); her children, Shawn Kelley (Missy Stockdale) of Gilmore City, IA, Alison Moon (Eric Hill) of Richland, IA and E. J. Kelley (Maggie Larsen) of Clark, WY; her grandchildren, Amanda Kelley, Elizabeth Singh (Gurjap), Aaron Hill (Hanah), Isaac Hill (Stephanie), Caleb Hill (Alyssa), Matthew Hill, Scott Kelley and Jessica Steele (Adrian); her stepgrandson Herb Moon (Lori); her great grandchildren, Calvin, Audrey, Jenna, Ericson, Ellie Mae, Samuel, Arjan, Aria, Ava, Addie and Graysen; and her daughter April Kelley.
Memorials may be directed to St. Paul Lutheran Church, Blue Ribbon Foundation at the Iowa State Fair or to the donor's charity of choice.
