He was predeceased by: his mother Dolores Tendall (Henderson). He is survived by: his father Roger Tendall of Mason City; his wife Ann Jensvold of Garner; his children, Matt Tendall (Mariah) of Forest City, Alex Tendall of Forest City, Jacob Tendall of Garner, Taylor Tendall of Hampton and Destiny Tendall of Garner; his siblings, Denise Mauderer (Marvin) of Mission, TX, Wayne Tendall (Colleen) of Waukee and Neal Tendall (Teresa) of Kearney, MO; and his grandchildren, Blake, Bradley, Lucy, Brody, Abel and Tripp. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
