He is survived by: his wife Mag of Garner; his children, Monica Legge of Garner, Ron Young (Marlene) of Clear Lake, Marv Young (Jacki) of Garner and Jane Weiland (Dave) of Sheffield; his grandsons, Marc Legge, Tom Legge (Kirsty) and Jim Legge (Shelby); his great grandchild Annabelle; his grandson Joe Young; his great grandchild Jace; his grandson Ben Young (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Kasen, Bryor, Mallory Hartwig (Tad), Courtney Pribyl (Nate), Jake Young (Jamie), Jennifer Franzeen (Brody), Kristine Trask (Trent) and Sarah Weiland; his sister Lorraine Chizek of Britt; his sisters-in-law, Jean Young of Garner and Gert Wellik of Garner; Piper, Gwen, Rook, Amaya, Oakley, Hattie, Jay and Paxton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Garner Volunteer Ambulance Service or Garner Fire Department in memory of Paul.
