He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Coppock and Leona Coppock (Vieth). He is survived by: his wife Cathy Ihde; his children, Randy Coppock (Tina) of Marshalltown, Christina Coppock of Marshalltown, Alan Coppock (Lisa) of Marshalltown, Lori Lundberg of Grinnell, Theo Filanowicz (David) of Johnston and Jacob Naumann (Carrie) of Des Moines; his grandchildren, Jocelin, Rachelle, Adam, Amy, Allison, Grant, Margaret, John, Emma, Ellie, Audrey and Carter; and his brother Ron Coppock of Kansas. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to the Iowa River Hospice Home.
