He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Behounek and Marilyn J. Behounek (Walton); and his brother Richard Behounek. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Behounek (Harms); his son Dalton Dominic Behounek (Kyleigh Osterloh); his granddaughter Brynlee; his siblings, Tony Behounek (Carol) of Omaha and Ellyn Waterbury (Bill) of Iowa City, Iowa; and his siblings-in-law, Phil Harms (Brandi), Madelon Harms and Jolene Kahler.
