With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donna Jean (Patton) James of Glenwood, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 2, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lynn Arvin and Gladys Marie Patton (Honroth). She is survived by: her husband Donald Eugene James; her daughter Peggy James; her daughter-in-law Margie James (Brian Walston); her children, Michael James of Sperry, Iowa, Dennis James (Julie) of Glenwood, Iowa, Debra Walston of O'Fallon, Missouri and Randy James (Jean Ann) of North Liberty, Iowa; and her grandchildren, Katy, Jeremy Marvel, Kyle, Elizabeth James, Jake, Nicole James, Dawn Walston, Toty Ypiranga, Tyler, Christine Walston, Sara, Pat Otten, Travis, Heather James, Kevin and Kristen James. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, extended family.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Tabor Cemetery (26502 Waubonsie Ave, Tabor, IA 51653).
