He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvern Raymond and Althea DeWall (McCullough); his stepfather Raymond Williams; and his brother Norman Williams. He is survived by: his wife Janice; and his children, Chad DeWall (Cari), Anthony DeWall (Erin), Philip DeWall and Emily Carter (Matthew). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
