He is survived by: his mother Marjorie Ann Perkins (Harless) of Glenwood, Iowa; his sons, Jerad Perkins of Glenwood, Iowa and Lucas Perkins of Nebraska; his sisters, Susan Lincoln and Vicky Van Fosson (Greg); and his nephews, Zach and Alex. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.
