He was predeceased by : his parents, Marvin G Harold and Velma M Osborne Harold; his siblings, Lloyd Harold and Nancy Anderson (Paul); and his children-in-law, Will Tadrowski and Kem Harold.

He is survived by : his children, Sharon (Roy Niswonger) of Crossville Tennessee and Richard Marvin Harold II; his grandson Richard Marvin Harold III; and his sisters-in-law, Clara Harold, Barbara Taenzler of Glenwood, Julie Schneckloth (Ron) of Omaha and Margaret Hart (Don) of Atlantic, Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
