He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland W. Skinner and Nellie Skinner (Hinton); and his sisters, Garnette DuPont and Cleo Hough. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Skinner; his sons, Dr. Kurt Skinner (Linda Hsu) of Stockton, CA and Ken Skinner (Anne Radechel); and his grandsons, Derek, Dylan Skinner, Jackie Hill, Ian Oliver and Mikya Oliver.
