He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Petersen and Marjorie Petersen (Fallensen); and his brother James. He is survived by: his wife Jean Petersen of Goose Lake, IA; his sons, Kevin Petersen (Angie) of Preston, IA and Rickie Petersen (Betty) of Preston, IA; his grandchildren, Mitchell (Rachel), Brett (Jessica), Kyle (Halle) and Jacob; and his great grandchildren, Lillian, Boyd, Daphne and Blake.
