She was predeceased by : her mother Margaret Sikora (Brennan); her godparents, Simon and Pat Sikora; and her grandparents, Adrian, Margaret Brennan (Noonan), Joseph and Teresa Sikora (Weber).
She is survived by : her father Kenneth Sikora of Cylinder; her grandchildren, Tyler Lawrence, Lucas Lawrence and Mackenzie Ann; her husband Duane Hoffman (Dewey) of Graettinger; her children, Brooke Girres (Mitch) of Graettinger, Iowa, Tyler Hoffman (Tessa) of Graettinger, Iowa, Lucas Hoffman of Graettinger, Iowa and Mackenzie Hoffman of Graettinger, Iowa; her siblings, Tamara O'Grady (Hugh) of Omaha, Nebraska and Myron Sikora of Omaha, Nebraska; her parents-in-law, Larry and Elaine Hoffman of Graettinger; and her siblings-in-law, Susan Sikora (Ron) of Ruthven, Dave Hoffman of Clear Lake and Loren Hoffman (Jen) of Mount Vernon, Iowa. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, classmates, neighbors, and friends.
In lieu of funeral flowers or plants, the family requests consideration of donations to Graettinger Community Visioning or Graettinger/Terril Schools for books for children.
