He is survived by: his children, Jodi Duhn, Corey Willems, Heather Willems and Courtney Smith; and his siblings, Charles Smith (Chris), Connie Smith, Karen Orwig, Andy Smith and Kim Smith. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
