He was predeceased by: his father Carl Kalvig (Carolyn); his children, Kimberly Gerdom and Jason Steenblock; and his mother Dorothy Lorentzen (Chuck). He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Kalvig; his daughters, Stacie Sliger (Brian) of Grafton, Jessica Kalvig of Grafton and Rebekah Deetz (Cody) of Osage; and his brothers, Mike Lorentzen (Pam), Ed Kalvig (Roberta), Scott Kalvig (Mary), Johnny Berg and Carl Kalvig Jr.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews.
