We are sad to announce that on April 22, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Judy Peters of Grand Mound, Iowa, born in Clinton, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer Petersen and Goldie Petersen (Hudson); her spouse Dale Henry Peters; her son-in-law John Watters; and her sister-in-law Millicent Hunsaker.
She is survived by : her daughters, Jill Franzen (Randy) of Delmar and Jayne (Mark "Turtle" Zeimet) of Andrew; her grandchildren, Jarett Franzen (Shauna), Nathan Watters and Kyle Watters; her brother Kent Petersen (Jo) of Welton; and her siblings-in-law, Madelyn Olson (Steve), Nancy Blackwell (Lonnie), Nadine Sojka (Dick) and Donald Hunsaker. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the DeWitt United Methodist Church. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
