He is survived by: his children, Michael Stineman (Anita) of Letts, Dennis Stineman (Karron) of Grandview, Christie Stineman of Grandview and Jeff Stineman (Richelle) of Tiffin.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to benefit the Grandview Community Club and to support the Compassus Hospice of Washington IA.
