She is survived by: her husband Michael Hafner of Grandview; her children, Gary Crumly of Mississippi, Kyle Crumly of Grandview and Amanda Crumly of Muscatine; her stepsons, Michael Hafner Jr. (Teresa) of Letts and Kelvin Hafner (Stephanie) of Panora; her grandchildren, Kayla St. John, Dustin Crumly, Corbin Burns, Joslin Crumly, Drew Hafner and Ethan Hafner; and her siblings, Perry Shannon (Rhonda) of Letts, Steve Shannon (Sherry) of Muscatine, Dennis Shannon (Debbie) of Muscatine, Tanya Irick (Dave Toby) of New Boston, Jim Sell (Dorie) of Muscatine, Randy Sell (Cheryl) of Muscatine and Howard Irick New Boston. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
