He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Nixt and Magdalene Nixt (Puhl); and his brothers, David and Edward. He is survived by: his children, Amy Nixt, Anthony Nixt (DeAnn), Becky Anderson and Mark Nixt; and his grandchildren, Clay Anderson, Wyatt Anderson, Issac Nixt and Alana Nixt.
