She was predeceased by: her parents, James Huddleson and Anna Huddleson (Maas); her son James; her husband Howard Welch; her sister Georgia Fletcher; and her brothers-in-law, Leland Fletcher and Leo Armstong.
She is survived by: her sister Rosemary Armstrong of Greenfield, Iowa. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorials: May be directed to the Dorothy Welch Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.
