She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Allen and Angele Elisa Stedman (Petitjean); her husband John Frank Combs; and her brother Dan Stedman. She is survived by: her sons, John Combs (Phyllis) of Mason City, Dan Combs (Martha) of Ardon City, David Combs (Vicki) of Cedar Falls and Dennis Combs (Nancy) of Newton, Iowa. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Memorials: May be directed to the Francine Combs Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.
