She was predeceased by: her parents, John Peters and Darlene Peters; her niece Grace Harken; her father-in-law Eugene Harken; and her great-nephew Zechariah Barrick.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis Harken; her children, Nathanael Harken and Isabelle Harken (Drew Van Zee); her brother Mike Peters (Keri Ann) of Cedar Falls, IA.; her mother-in-law Ramona Harken of Ackley, IA; and her brothers-in-law, Darrel Harken (Christine) of Riceville, IA and Dave Harken (Cathy) of Aplington, IA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
