She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer Martin Hillman and Tena Marie Hillman (Pals); her husband Wilford Mikel; her children, Douglas Mikel and Louise Ruth Mikel; and her brother Elmer Hillman, Jr..
She is survived by : her daughters, Debra Styers (Steve) of Omaha, NE, Laura Hague (Ray), Connie Weir (Craig) of Grinnell, Diane Mikel of Walnut Grove, MO, Brenda Hicks (Joe) of Sussex, N. J., Amy Heil (Randy) of Phoenix, AZ and Sarah Mikel of Las Vegas, NV; her daughter-in-law Brenda Hagedorn of Grinnell; and her siblings, Elaine Wilcke of Spirit Lake, IA and Daniel Hillman of Baton Rouge, LA.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
