She is survived by: her children, Richard Cooper (Keshia Lakose), William Cooper (Kari) and Nicole Carminati; her grandchildren, Haley, Gavin, Jasmine, Johnny, Alex, Shaylynn, Ayden, Devin and Skylar; and her siblings, Richard Borgen, Billy Borgen, Bobby Borgen, Butch Borgen and Vern Shook.
