He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon "Whitey" Carl Arthur Goehring and Dorothy Luella Aldean Goehring (McMahon); his brother Larry Goehring (Marjorie); his brothers-in-law, Ed Metz and Jerry Barnard; and his grandson Drew Gibson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Edamae Metz (Edward), Janice Barnard (Jerry), Ron Goehring (Donna) and Nancy Bermudez (Luis).
