It is with sadness that the passing of Darlene Kephart of Grinnell, Iowa is shared. Darlene, born on August 20, 1933, passed away on August 5, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Kruger and Lena Kruger (Ring); her husband Kenneth; and her siblings, Donald Kruger, Jean Hockens and Shirley DeVries.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Kephart (Jennifer Anderson) of Dassel, MN, Lori Elliott (Ralph) of Grinnell, IA and Steve Kephart (Lisa) of Montpelier, VA.; her grandchildren, Abby Meinke (Shaun), Michael Kephart (Lindsay), Ashley Stock (Greg), Abby McCulley (Jeff), Emily Elliott, Christopher Kephart (Julie) and Katie Kephart; and her great grandchildren, Drake, Wyatt Kephart, Harper, Avery Stock, Jack and Kate McCulley.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated in her memory to benefit the St. Francis Manor Foundation in Grinnell or St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Riceville.
