He is survived by : his wife Toni Hewitt; his children, Heather, Joseph and Nicolas Burch; his stepchildren, Anna Jensen and Dalton Dupee; his grandchildren, Masyn and Kaid Burch; his stepgrandchildren, Natalie Jensen and Bentley Prough; and his siblings, John, Diane and Kevin Burch.
