He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean F. Miller and Sharon K. Miller (Ford); his daughter Irene Miller; and his sister Mary Beth Miller. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Spidell; his children, Ashley, Amber and Dustin; his grandchildren, Evan, Daulton, Alyssa, Jackson, Colton, Kolby, Gracie and Hope; and his siblings, Tim Miller, Robbie Miller and Shelley Johnson. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and cousins; and his many extended family and friends.
