With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe Stevens of Grinnell, Iowa, who passed away on March 27, 2024 at the age of 37. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his niece Aliyah Stevens. He is survived by : his father Gary Stevens; his wife Candace Stevens; his children, Emrie and Ezra of Grinnell; his parents-in-law, Herbie Wilson (Deb) and Terry Ellison; his siblings, Angie Shine (Larry) of Grinnell and Matt Stevens of Grinnell; his niece Sarah Etheridge; his nephews, Jesse and Evan Stevens; his aunts, Sheryl Freeman (Ells) and Rose Clark (Dennis); and his uncle David Hemby (Deb).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to the Joseph Stevens Memorial Fund and mailed in care of the Smith Funeral Home and Crematory, PO Box 368, Grinnell, IA 50112.
