He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Loine "Nana" Richardt, Richard Haire, John, Nadine Runyan and Gordon Johnson; his uncles, Mark and Bryce Johnson; his aunt Connie Derry; and his cousins, Sean Haire and Ava Hutchinson.
He is survived by : his parents, Pam Johnson (Tim Clark) of Grinnell and Doug Johnson of Des Moines; his siblings, Sarah Lewis of Atkins and Tim Johnson of Minneapolis; his nephews, Collin, Micah and Wyatt; his niece Hannah; and his friend John.
