It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joyce A. Weeks Anderson (Grinnell, Iowa), who passed away on January 7, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Laura Jean Barr and John Leland Barr; her husband Bill Weeks (Dennis Anderson); and her sisters, Sandra Barr and Nancy Barry.

She is survived by: her daughter Katie Cook (Kevin); her grandsons, Ian and Steven; her brother-in-law James Barry; and her stepsons, Dan, Tim (Anna), Pat (Jeaneal) and Jason Weeks. She is also survived by 4 step grandchildren, and 5 step great grandchildren.

She was active in community theatre, the National Science Foundation, T.T.T. and Beta Sigma Phi.
