He is survived by: his wife Cristy Osborn; his grandson Kaiden Peak; his sister Ranae Hamor; his nieces and nephews, Travis Osborn (Guinn), Cody Osborn, Shoneen Davis (Steve), Crystal Poole and Lacey Poole; his sister-in-law Renee Brooks (Scull); his stepson Ryan Peak; and his stepgrandsons, Aydin Levingston and Austyn Peak.
