She was predeceased by: her parents, Mern Ranfeld and Clara Ranfeld (Schlesselman); and her siblings, Harvey Johnston, Larry Ranfeld and Sylvia Waline (Marvin).
She is survived by: her husband Doug Duffus of Grinnell; her daughter Julie Ryan of Marengo, IA; her grandchildren, Max Franks (Rachel), Colette Franks of Cedar Rapids, IA, Grace Ryan and Hannah Ryan of Marengo; her siblings, Inez Scott (Don) of Brooklyn, Melvin Ranfeld (Mary) of Grimes, IA and Randy Ranfeld (Mary) of Deep River, IA; and her sister-in-law Donna Ratcliff (Glenn) of Arizona. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
