He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Hauser and Bernice Hauser. He is survived by: his children, Max Hauser and Grace Hauser; and his siblings, Bob Hauser (Kendra), Paul Hauser (Shannon) and LeAnn Tatman (Dave). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Rose Hill Memorial Garden Cemetery (602 Iowa Ave E, Marshalltown, IA 50158). A reception will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM at the Heritage Room at Smith Funeral Home (1103 Broad St, Grinnell, IA 50112).
