He is survived by: his sisters, Carol Elliott and Jerri Burnham (Rodney); his nieces and nephews, Debbie, Herbie, Penny, Donnie, Diane, Cheyenne, Curtis, Tyler, Bryce and Thad; and his friends, Jody Clayton, Damon Winegarden and Steve Rhoades.
