He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Miller and Joan Miller (Moore). He is survived by: his siblings, Tina Miller of Crossville, Francine Cox (Jeff) of Tama and Bud Miller (Trisha) of Marshalltown; his nephews, Paige, Kyle Carnahan and Brooke Miller; and his great-niece Ivy Carnahan.
