She was predeceased by: her parents, John Barker and Iris Augustine Barker; her husband Arthur Wells; her brother Stanley Barker; her sister-in-law Lorene Barker; and her grandson Sean Wells.
She is survived by: her sons, Reginald Wells (Mary) of Grinnell, IA, Blaine Wells (Lynda Van Tomme) of Brooklyn, IA and Brent Wells (Teresa) of Malcom, IA; and her grandchildren, Tammy Keigan (Tim), Tricia Kincaid (Kevin), Justin Wells (Mattia), Devin Wells (Katy), Tia Heishman (Joe Bonaventura), Shamus Wells (Erin) and Taylor Pavic (Dado). She is also survived by her thirteen Great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Smith Funeral Home - Grinnell (1103 Broad St, Grinnell, IA 50112).
