He is survived by : his children, Katie Meldrem and Dillon Meldrem; his grandchildren, Landon Ferneau, Serenity Meldrem and Lennon Meldrem; and his siblings, Steve Meldrem of Grinnell, Debra Dvorak (Mike) of Ruidoso and Lonnie Meldrem of Grinnell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
