He is survived by: his wife Deb of Griswold; his daughters, Jenny Weber (Matt) of Cedar Rapids, Tabitha Miller (Nick) of Norwalk and Paige Rush (Justin) of Griswold, Iowa; his siblings, Larry Arp (Karen), Cheryl Meyer (Mitch Sauer) and Lori Cook; his father-in-law Lynn Schaaf; his siblings-in-law, Diane Potter (Ken), Bev Jensen (Brad) and Robert Schaaf (Tina Allen); and his grandchildren, Olivia, Amelia Weber, Mackenzie, Beau Miller, Jade and Jaci Rush. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
