He is survived by: his daughter Tisha Mendenhall (Rick); his grandchildren, Kayla Mendenhall, Brandon Anderson and Jennifer Rayburn (Elijah); his brother Weldon Ewing (Pam); and his pet Harley. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
