He is survived by: his children, Roxanne Kalvig (Karl) and Randall Leonard; his sisters, Marie Hostetler (Larry), Pam Vaughn and Pat Erickson (Tim); and his brother-in-law Steve Brodie (Marilyn). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
