He was predeceased by: his parents, Ottis E. Leib and Ruth I. Leib (Moreland); his wife Dorothy; his siblings, Roger Leib (Rosemary), Beverly Uhlman (Max) and Joy Scarbrough (William); his nephew-in-law Alvin Sheeder; his in-laws, John, Marie Kuper, Mildred DeWalt (Lawrence), Kenneth Kuper (Annie) and Ruth Murphy (Bud); his niece Debra Peyton (DeWalt); and his nephews-in-law, Alois Vitasek and Craig Jensen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Fogleman (Steve), Ann Polito (Lewis), Beth Leib (Lori Requist) and Sara Hughes (David); his grandchildren, Jennifer Chavez (Isaac), Trevor Polito, Brandon Polito, Rebekah Fogleman, Joshua Hughes (Jack Ave) and Jacob Hughes; and his great grandchildren, Neva Rose, Kaylee Elise, Olivia Joy and Nathaniel John Chavez. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
