She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Caltrider (McCarthy) of Adair; her husband David Simmons of Guthrie Center; her children, Chris (Tara) of Guthrie Center and Cassidy (Nick) of Jefferson; and her grandchildren, Cullen, Jentry Simmons, Avery and Scarlett Lange. She is also survived by many extended family including nieces, nephews, and many friends.
