He is survived by: his mother Kathy Cauffman; his wife Elizabeth Kelly (Bolsinger); his sons, Brandon of Patch Grove, WI, Jonathan and Nathan of Guttenberg; his grandsons, Conner and Nash Kelly; his siblings, Beth Saddler (Bob), Candy Shaw (Paul) and Jesse Cauffman (Cassey); his aunt Pam Hill; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Maccormic (Mac), Dale Bolsinger, Joe Bolsinger, Ron Bolsinger (Sue), Ed Bolsinger (Cindy) of Colesberg Terry and Lyle Bolsinger of Mn. He is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
