He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth McGuine and Anna Mae McGuine; his in-laws, Francis (Duke) and Louise Ludovissy; his sister Mary McGuine; his sister-in-law Connie Harbaugh (Jack); and his nephews, Jackie Harbaugh and Nicholas Wachendorf.
He is survived by: his wife Jerri Ludovissy; his children, Kristine Lucas (Milo), Kelly Meyers (Paul) and Kiley McGuine (Grace); his grandchildren, Brittany Rausch (Phil) of Guttenberg, Ryan Lucas (Morgan Bohr) of Altoona, Brooke Lucas of Bettendorf, Jacob Lucas of Guttenberg, Marissa Backes (Kalen) of Amana, Tristan Meyers of Holy Cross, Treyton Meyers (Sydney Bonert) of Epworth, Gabriella Meyers of Guttenberg, Brody, Sienna and Kade McGuine of Guttenberg; his great grandchildren, Axel, Eden, Luka Rausch, Quinn Backes and Weston Meyers; his siblings, Kenneth McGuine (Sue), Tim McGuine (Penny) and Toni Boardman of Guttenberg; and his sisters-in-law, Jane Johnson, Julie Willie (Art), Cindy Wachendorf (Pat) and Dixie Beckman (Paul). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (520 S 2nd St, Guttenberg, IA 52052). A burial will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
