He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald D. Bormann and Camilla E. Bormann (Frankl); and his brother-in-law Darryl Jensen. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Catherine Jensen of Emmetsburg, Gerald Bormann (Suzanne) of Guttenberg and Joel "Tony" Bormann (Arla) of Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, August 24th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Divine Mercy Parish ~ St. Cecelia (715 E North St, Algona, IA 50511). A Mass was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bishop Garrigan Schools in Father Paul's memory.
