It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven L. Slade of Guttenberg, Iowa, who passed away on March 9, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Slade and Virginia Slade (Buker); his brother James Slade; and his siblings-in-law, Lavern and Phyllis Staebler.
He is survived by: his spouse Von Randall of Guttenberg; his children, Jessica Mann of Tripoli, IA, Shannon Mann of Aurora and Sara Finch (Thede) of Des Moines, Iowa; his brothers, Larry Slade and Tim Slade; his aunt Gwen Arps; and his siblings-in-law, Steve Staebler (Jane), Linda Evers (Jeff), Patty Reynolds (Brent) and Sue Oberbroeckling (Tim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
