He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Clay" Osterhaus and Irene Osterhaus (Demmer); his brothers, Gene and Larry; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Osterhaus.
He is survived by: his niece Jenny Nadermann; his siblings, Joan Kramer (Dave) of Dyersville, Tom (Rosie) of Carmel, IN, Ron of Wheat Ridge, CO and Jim (Sue) of Guttenberg, IA; and his sister-in-law Penny Osterhaus of Bowral, NSW.
