She is survived by: her sons, Delbert Perez and David Perez (Amy); her grandchildren, Mandy Chaney (Jamie Sowers), Joe Perez (Jenn), Krista Carlson (Jeremy Buchanan), Kim Perez, Rob Perez, James Perez and Nataley Perez; her great grandchildren, Alex Hammerschmidt (Caleb), RyAnn Miller (Jaydan Hotovec), Kinnick Perez, Kaleb Carlson, Emma Carlson, Carver Buchanan, Layla Perez, Danica Perez, Raiona Perez, Cudder Perez and Hanna Marzen; her great great grandchildren, Sawyer and Hayes Hammerschmidt; and her siblings, Paul Hovenga and Phyllis Frazier.
