He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Rasmussen and Dorothy Rasmussen (Wilson) of Hardy, Iowa.; his brothers, Gerald and Donald Rasmussen; his in-laws, Ben and Agnes Dunn; and his siblings-in-law, Bernard, Leonard Dunn, Francis Kramer, Helen Dunn, Mary Kramer and Avis Rasmussen.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Dunn; his sons, Randy Rasmussen (Soo) of Easton, CT and Terry Rasmussen (Cami) of Solon, IA; his grandchildren, Micah, Soren, Norah Rasmussen of Easton, CT, Cari Ann, Ryan, John Rasmussen of Solon, IA and Jessica Bryant (Rex) of Solon, IA; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Max and Evelyn; and his siblings-in-law, Joe Dunn of Elma, IA, Judy Dunn and Anita Rasmussen.
